Cognitive Behaviour Therapy - CBT
CBT focuses on the thoughts, images, beliefs and attitudes held (the cognitive processes) and how this relates to behaviour as a way of dealing with emotional problems. The client and therapist work together to understand the problems and to develop new strategies for tackling them. CBT can be an effective therapy for a number of problems:-

Neuro Linguistic Programming -NLP
NLP is a practical, "how to" approach to the psychology of change, development and effectiveness. Utilising easy to learn and subsequently self administer, yet effective techniques to significantly enhance the ability to handle life changing events and challenges.
